Processing Time
Most items are made to order and ship directly from our production partners. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Digital products (such as our Finance Journal PDF) are delivered instantly via email/download link — no shipping required.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Domestic (US): 3–8 business days
- International: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Total time from order to delivery (production + shipping) is generally 7–15 business days for domestic orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking numbers to become active.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately from different production facilities and arrive at different times. This is normal and doesn't require any action on your part.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [your support email] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help resolve it.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error, and we'll try to correct it before production begins.
